| Position Overview |
This is a service position providing exceptional service to our
customers on
a consistent, long-term basis. Engineers
are
assigned to accounts and expected to develop solid knowledge
of the supported equipment, as well as understanding the impact
the equipment has to business operations. This front line role
requires
a customer focus attitude and
a strong
work ethic.
You must have strong technical knowledge and experience,
be able
to work independently on multiple issues and be able to communicate clearly with customers and fellow team members
to best resolve issues. |
| Responsibilities |

Service and maintain any of the following mid to high end server platforms:
- IBM RS6000 / AS400
- HP 9000 / 3000
- Sun Sunfire / Enterprise
- DEC VAX / Alpha |

Maintain and service equipment for
our customers to ensure 100%
customer loyalty |
| · |
Manage the hardware maintenance needs of assigned accounts |

| Education / Experience |
| · |
Two to five years related work experience |
| · |
Technical certifications a plus |
